VP Sales (San Bruno, Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a Vice President of Sales who will be responsible for leading and managing the credit union’s sales program and sales culture to drive sustainable growth, deepen member relationships, and achieve organizational sales goals. This role develops and implements enterprise-wide sales strategies, manages sales performance, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the credit union’s strategic objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is strongly desired; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of five years of sales management experience required. Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a credit union environment is strongly desired. Hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite at branches and headquarters. Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and manage sales teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that support the credit union’s overall objectives.

Marketing Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in the implementation of marketing initiatives that promote the Credit Union’s products, services, and brand. Working closely with the Marketing Specialists, this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator also supports both the Marketing and Community Development departments in the day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of various projects and programs.
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field or at least 1 year marketing/advertising experience. Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet). Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Member Solution Consultant – Irving Branch
We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
